Welcome August

August seems to be a month whereby most people seem to have lots of things planned. I hope you have something nice to look forward to in August. I always feel that August is the peak of the summer energy and fun.

I have a few things planned also. I have my nephews wedding to celebrate with family on the Lions Gate portal on 8th of 8th. This is a significant day for all of humanity. Ensure you access the energies, put them to work for you, and enjoy them.

We have visitors coming to stay with us at the end of the month, and I am looking forward to sharing quality time chatting, catching up and doing whatever we feel like each day! .

I am also intending to have some quiet time, during the month, to rest and connect with my inner self.

Tips for August:

1. Plan self-care time, even 15 minutes of quality time daily, just for you.
2. Enjoy the warmth of the summer breeze.
3. Get to see at least 1 sunrise and 1 sunset.
4. Practice Gratitude.
5. Don’t sweat the small stuff.
6. Make the most of each day.
7. Unplug and reap the rewards as often as possible
8. Have fun!

My website has just had a facelift, and it is now much easier to see everything, that I offer, in the one window. All of my offerings are now under the tab” Work with me”.

I am planning Qi Gong classes for September and a retreat day for October, and another for November.

 I am also working on creating some beautiful healing and breathwork audios to offer online, on a subscription basis, over the coming months. I feel this will be an ideal offering to support people, at a time and place that suits them individually.
