It is time for greatness! We are always broadcasting a frequency, which is understood and answered by source. This 5-week program is designed to help you raise your frequency, embrace and love all of yourself, and direct all of your thoughts and feelings towards your highest good and worthiness. In your essence you are Joy, and we will tap into that essence as we weave our way through these amazing 5 weeks.
When we align in vibration to the energy of “I Am Worthy”, magic happens, Self-love becomes fluid, relationships shift, we become confident in who we are, and then we can replace all shame etc with truth and love. Everything improves, health, jobs, relationships, finances and an unfolding of joy.
Worthiness doesn’t make you arrogant, It makes you grounded. It allows you to speak your truth without guilt, make decisions from your whole self and know that you in integrity.
Worthiness is the root of personal care and development.
Hello all,
I am happy to say goodbye to the energy of 2025 and welcome in the energies of 2026. It is a nice cold start to clear the air for brighter, lighter energies. I am sure that you are all with me on this one!
I believe that this is a potent year for personal growth and expansion of the energetic body. We now have the support of a higher energetic frequency on the planet itself! Personally I am going to spend much more time on taking care of my inner world, so that I may embrace more of my magnificence and light within. Alignment is possible, once we are prepared to take ultimate care of our mind, body, emotions and spiritual self.
Some Tips for self-care:
- A daily practice of time away from too much stimulation: social media, news, phone scrolling etc.
2. Practice some form of mindfulness: meditation, breathwork, cold water dips, being still etc.
3. Find your tribe- energetically we are finding our frequency and timelines. In some cases these aren’t a match anymore with some of those in our lives. That is just how it is, but it is necessary to find those that can support you as you gently, but firmly ascend.
4. Have fun: laugh, play and do the things that bring you joy, as often as possible. ( No excuses).
5. Look after your health: Move your body, sleep well, eat healthily, drink clean water, watch your thoughts, and consciously connect with your amazing heart center.
6. Choose how and with whom you wish to spend your energy.
7. Find a support person that can help you evolve. Choose that person wisely! That person needs to be taking care of their growth also.
8. Be kind to yourself and others and practice dropping into your heart ,until it is a natural place for you to reside.

I am Worthy is an online offering beginning on January 26th for 5 consecutive weeks, from 7-8pm. This will be recorded for your convenience, just in case you are not always available at that time. Each enrolled person will be sent a recording each week after the session is complete.
Feb 8th- Soulful Sunday will be offered in person at The 4 swans holistic centre in Duleek Business park.
