Hello all,

I am happy to say goodbye to the energy of 2025 and welcome in the energies of 2026. It is a nice cold start to clear the air for brighter, lighter energies. I am sure that you are all with me on this one!

I believe that this is a potent year for personal growth and expansion of the energetic body. We now have the support of a higher energetic frequency on the planet itself! Personally I am going to spend much more time on taking care of my inner world, so that I may embrace more of my magnificence and light within. Alignment is possible, once we are prepared to take ultimate care of our mind, body, emotions and spiritual self.

Some Tips for self-care:

  1. A daily practice of time away from too much stimulation: social media, news, phone scrolling etc.

2. Practice some form of mindfulness: meditation, breathwork, cold water dips, being still etc.

3. Find your tribe- energetically we are finding our frequency and timelines. In some cases these aren’t a match anymore with some of those in our lives. That is just how it is, but it is necessary to find those that can support you as you gently, but firmly ascend.

4. Have fun: laugh, play and do the things that bring you joy, as often as possible. ( No excuses).

5. Look after your health: Move your body, sleep well, eat healthily, drink clean water, watch your thoughts, and consciously connect with your amazing heart center.

6. Choose how and with whom you wish to spend your energy.

7. Find a support person that can help you evolve. Choose that person wisely! That person needs to be taking care of their growth also.

8. Be kind to yourself and others and practice dropping into your heart ,until it is a natural place for you to reside.

I offer Healing sessions, readings, breathwork,and life coaching, both in person and remotely each Tuesday and Wednesday, or by arrangement outside of these times when necessary.

I offer QHHT sessions each Friday or by arrangement if necessary.

I offer Qi Gong classes each Saturday and a variety of ongoing workshops, which you can find lots of information on by checking out my website under ” Work with me” tab.

Online Breathwork & Healing session: Online Jan 12th.

Qi Gong in person each Saturday from Jan 17th.

January 25th in person workshop- How To become an effective Angel Card Reader.

I am Worthy is an online offering beginning on January 26th for 5 consecutive weeks, from 7-8pm. This will be recorded for your convenience, just in case you are not always available at that time. Each enrolled person will be sent a recording each week after the session is complete.

Feb 8th- Soulful Sunday will be offered in person at The 4 swans holistic centre in Duleek Business park.

I hope you are all navigating these intense times on our planet. It is so important to slow down and connect with the love in your heart, as this will help you to stay in your own power and not get pulled into the chaos that is all around us.

Hello again! We are in a great window of opportunity right now and i am certainly embracing it. I am off to spend 3 days with Master Shaofan Zhu in Donegal and Leitrim this month and I am attending another level of Breathwork teacher training in October. I am constantly learning and developing myself more, so that I can constantly offer you all more and more!!!!

Some of my current & upcoming offerings: One to one in person and remote sessions are offered for all of the following, each week. Angel/ Energy Healing, Card Readings, Life Coaching, Breathwork and spiritual mentoring if requested.

I also offer QHHT sessions each Friday and these sessions are in person only, for the safety of the client, as hypnosis is involved.

Upcoming group activities include: Qi Gong Classes in Julianstown Community Center beginning Saturday Sept 20th at 10am, also Qi Gong Classes at the four Swans Therapy & Wellness Starting October 8th at 10am.

Women’s empowering circle with cacao and healthy breakfast the first Sunday of each month at my healing space.

One day retreat at the beautiful Ardgillian Castle on October 12th.

Angel card Reading Workshop- October 26th in my amazing healing cabin.

Miracles and Magic day at the beautiful Four Swans Therapy and wellness Duleek on November 9th.
