Hello again! We are in a great window of opportunity right now and i am certainly embracing it. I am off to spend 3 days with Master Shaofan Zhu in Donegal and Leitrim this month and I am attending another level of Breathwork teacher training in October. I am constantly learning and developing myself more, so that I can constantly offer you all more and more!!!!
Some of my current & upcoming offerings: One to one in person and remote sessions are offered for all of the following, each week. Angel/ Energy Healing, Card Readings, Life Coaching, Breathwork and spiritual mentoring if requested.
I also offer QHHT sessions each Friday and these sessions are in person only, for the safety of the client, as hypnosis is involved.
Upcoming group activities include: Qi Gong Classes in Julianstown Community Center beginning Saturday Sept 20th at 10am, also Qi Gong Classes at the four Swans Therapy & Wellness Starting October 8th at 10am.
Women’s empowering circle with cacao and healthy breakfast the first Sunday of each month at my healing space.
One day retreat at the beautiful Ardgillian Castle on October 12th.

Hello all, I trust you had a glorious summer and are now beginning to settle into the Autumn weather and energies.
With the turbulent times, it has never been more important, than now, to take exceptional care of ourselves. I am offering a variety of ways you can look after your whole self and will list some of them here in this post.
Qi Gong Classes begin September 20th.
Retreat Day on October 12th at Ardgillan Castle Balbriggan, Co Dublin.
Angel Card Reading Workshop October 26th.
Women's Empowerment Circle the 1st Sunday of September, October, November and December.
One to one energy healing, coaching, breathwork, qi gong, or readings each Tuesday and Wednesday, both remotely or in person.
QHHT in person each Friday or by special arrangement.
My first ongoing offering begins on September 20th in Julianstown Community Center. It is a 90 minute session of Qi Gong each Saturday morning, from 10-11.30am. Here is some more information on that offering for you !
