Good morning,

It is my intention today to touch a deeper part of you with this short post. I am just after returning from a 3-day conference and an additional Masterclass Day on Consciousness and Human Evolution. I feel fired up and intend to help you raise your vibration also.

During one of the presentations, it was suggested that a practical way to help raise your consciousness is to begin by asking yourself the following question:

What 15 things can I do to help me raise my vibration?

Then choose 3 or 4 from items, from your list, to begin with, starting with the easier ones. Once you have established these healthy habits, then expand your actions by choosing the next 3 or 4 things, from your list, to bring into your daily life.  

I have created my initial list of 15 things that will help me elevate my consciousness and I have chosen those that I am starting off with.

The month of October is a very big month, in which we are energetically supported to align with more of our soul purpose. It is a month in which we may decide to change direction, raise our frequency, and lean into our strengths. It is important to surround yourself with positive and protective energy.
During October, you may find it easier to act in greater alignment, receive energetic wisdom, information and even structure!
Inner Strength: Nothing moves me from my path to light because I have complete confidence in myself. I realise my innate qualities, and abilities and know that with God, I can do anything. All the power I need is within me.

Taking time to take care of yourself.

Self-care is a sustainable and holistic investment in our minds and bodies. It includes taking good care of our physical health, most notably by eating healthily, exercising, and sleeping well. But it also entails looking after our minds, emotions and soul, which can take the form of setting time aside for activities that nourish our spirits and learning to understand how we can best replenish our energies.

What a beautiful morning I have spent, channeling a deep healing session for Monday night’s Divine Love Group Healing session! This is open to everyone that would enjoy a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing and deep healing experience. It is offered through a zoom link from 8.30-8.30pm Irish time!
This week we will be protected by Archangel Michael and his team as we are guided to a healing sanctuary to meet with, receive answers and healing on all aspects of our lives and ourselves.
