This is a fully guided offering, beginning with a mindful, guided visualization, to help you relax and get ready for a deep healing journey. The energy of the angels and guides will be invoked to surround us in a golden globe of pure protective love and light. Guided imagery will then be used to take you to a sanctuary of healing, for a deep healing experience . This will allow you to connect with your internal well of wholeness, and feel your powerful spirit shining brightly within. This will enable you to shift gears and embrace your ascension pathway with more grace, ease and abundance of all. Ascension is merging with your higher self, opening your heart, and expanding to reunite with Source, Christ Light, on all levels and layers of your authentic self. It is returning to the experience of Divine Light and experiencing it on all the highest levels of unconditional love and Divine Alignment with Pure Source Light in every area of life. Ascension, by definition, is the path of those who are choosing to consciously step into a higher level of light. It’s a personal choice to boldly step into the unknown to expand into an experience that is entirely new. Ascension is actively choosing to evolve into higher consciousness. January 2024 is a perfect opportunity for us to surrender to the sacredness of life. It is time to stop and reflect on the gifts of your eternal life.

Goddess Brigid has come through to offer us a ray of bright fiery light, to help us make our way through the dark. She helps to restore balance. Use the affirmation: I am an eternal flame, and each day my light grows brighter.

It is a month to step into your warrior power and always do your best to appreciate and enjoy life. You are being asked to be courageous, grow and become wiser with each challenge.

It is a month of choosing- choose wisely. Be selective about the foods you choose to eat, the products etc that you use on your physical body. Remember the essence of all that you appreciate is constantly flowing into and creating your reality.

As you appreciate, your state of appreciation opens more channels that allow you more for which to feel appreciation.

Archangel Michael reminds you that you have the power to change any situations that you created. He has also stepped forth for the children.  Ask Archangel Michael to give you strength each day. Say to yourself: Archangel Michael makes me strong.

January is the perfect time of the year to embrace your ongoing spiritual journey. I am offering a number of workshops to help accelerate your growth and connection. The “Me Time” workshops are a brand new offering and will be packed with energy and tools to help you experience life from a higher vibrational point. Each month I will offer one of these workshops, with a theme to help you raise your level of consciousness.
