Sometimes in life we find ourselves repeating the same patterns, living life in a loop and feel that we can’t break free. While coaching a client this week, it became obvious that there was a feeling of being stuck in old habitual ways of thinking, feeling and doing. With permission I asked my client to connect with her heart, and I was intuitively guided to offer this simple method, to create change.

My client felt it so powerfully empowering that I decided to recreate the visualisation, as closely as possible to the original one, so that you may also feel its benefits.

Sometimes we fail to show our love in ways that are recognisable to others. We all innately want to love and to be loved, let it be our shared interest.

Personalities do not know how to love but the soul surely does. It is important to show unconditional love and compassion firstly to the self , then others, so that one can build a healthy opening of the heart and soul connection.
