What is IET ^®

It is ideal for self- care or for helping others to heal and feel their greatness. IET® uses a Divine Angelic energy ray to work directly with your spiritual 12 strand DNA. IET® It supports you in safely and gently releasing limiting energy patterns of your past, empowering and balancing your life in the present, and it clears the path for you to evolve into a fulfilling and bright future.

 IET® sessions can be offered both in-person or remotely.

I am a passionate IET practitioner , seeing many amazing healings taking place. I also teach all levels of this beautiful Angelic Healing modality.

IET® training is offered over four Levels; Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Master Instructor level. I am delighted to say that I am offering all levels of training, so I can work with you as you journey with your alignment, healing and understanding as you progress on your IET® journey.

Many people take part in this training for their own spiritual growth and many others add it to their pallet of offerings as therapists.  I work as both a practitioner and trainer, at all levels of this amazing healing modality.  I am a Master Instructor and Trainer for Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Master Instructor Certified Workshops. I also teach other IET classes, including; Healing Angels, Steps to Transformation, Higher Steps to Transformation, and Kids IET®. January is a lovely time of year to begin again and set yourself up for the year ahead. I love January and the fresh energy that it brings. I always offer some inspiring workshops in January to get a good kick-start for the year ahead.

I have created this healing visualisation as we approach the winter solstice here in the northern hemisphere. I feel its a great opportunity to claim the solstice as an opportunity to align to the truth of who we are. Of course this video can be used over and over again, at any time we feel the urge to go within, release the old patterns and energies that no longer serve us well and embrace the support as we welcome in the higher vibrational states of love, health and joy.

We are energy beings residing in a physical body, having human experiences. As a healer I know the importance of keeping the energy body clear, enabling energy to flow freely. When energy is blocked or stagnated we feel unwell. Sometimes we notice this emotionally, mentally, physically or spiritually or indeed a combination of all.
Energetic cords are easily formed between people, events, places and things. Your energy is sacred so please treat it so. As we go through life we often give away our energy, mostly unconsciously. This can easily happen when we feel overwhelmed or overpowered. Can you think of a traumatic event from your life , a relationship, or memory that you can now call back your power from?
If you check in to your body, into your main energy centres, to see which chakra needs an energetic cleanse, you will get information ! With this information you have the ability to
call back all lost soul fragments, power and light that you gave away, either willingly or unwillingly.

Give yourself permission to release all vows, contracts or programs from your past that are no longer serving you well.
Cut away the unhealthy cords and attachments from this life and others, release all now for the highest good of all.

Do this often to protect your innate power, wisdom, love and health.
