Finding your Total Self (I AM Presence)

I have two new workshops created to help with the ascension process. This workshop is my first offering and it is followed by another workshop on July 30th. These first 2 workshops are for Women only. This workshop will take place from 11am-3pm on July 16th 2023, at An Chroí, Donacarney Little, Mornington, Co Meath. Filtered water, tea, coffee and snacks are included. Each workshop is stand-alone but it is beneficial to participate in both. For now they are in person only but will be offered remotely in the autumn.

I am delighted to share this amazing workshop with you, at this time of great change and evolution on our majestic planet. Planet earth needs the nurturing loving care of the Divine Feminine energies to embrace it, hold it and saturate it with our light and the very essence of our beings.

Deep healing and connection happen when a group of powerful women come together, with a clear intention. It is time for us to come together, shake off the shackles of the past and embrace our magnificence in a compassionate and deep way.

It is my intention to offer a number of these love-filled workshops, with a different theme for each one.

This one will focus on:
1. Compassionate Exploration of self.
You will journal on some powerful coaching questions, with the intention of eliciting deep truths from within.

2. Discovering your light in times of Darkness.
This will focus on understanding how to heal yourself in a loving manner without berating or judging yourself or others. We will work on accepting that all issues and imbalances are created to help you search for the light and awareness of your whole being. (Your I AM Presence).

3. Understanding your awakening call.
A channeled guided visualization will guide you through a journey into the vastness of light, love, and deep peace, where you will have the opportunity to allow yourself to be, and go to the sacred space within you and ask for help from the light to allow you a conscious awareness of it.

This workshop will focus on:

Tools of Awareness

We are moving through a huge shift in consciousness, and many are feeling the ground shaking beneath them. I will use a combination of coaching and channeling to help you focus on what you need to shift permanently, how to look after your whole self as you open to permanent transformation. Each step will help you to connect with more of your presence.

1. Taking time to take care of yourself. This is a very big subject, in which we will learn the importance of patience while building up a self-care practice. You will take home a list of practical, reliable, easy-to-use strategies. These will enable you to practice self-awareness and self-care and to check in regularly with yourself using some foundational pillars of personal wellness. We will also look at what your soul has come here to learn.

2. Learn how to become aware of the light within. I will use a specific process that you will take home with you to practice and use for your evolution.

3. Learning the healing properties of different colours of light and how to use them for healing the self and the planet. This is an amazing meditation practice, which I will discuss with you, before facilitating a deep healing session.

These words may help you to make necessary healthy changes in your life:
Be impeccable with your word. Replace fear with love. The human mind is like a fertile ground where seeds are continually being planted. When you are impeccable with your word, your mind is no longer fertile ground for the words that come from fear; your mind is only fertile for the words that come from love.
Don’t make assumptions: Eliminate Gossip. Making assumptions is a step for suffering because usually we gossip about our assumptions. We make assumptions and believe we are right, then we defend our assumptions and try to make others wrong.
The angel of relationships is waiting for you to call on him for help. It is necessary to begin with your relationship with your inner self first, and then with relationships with all others.
The tree angel is here to give comfort and love to the tree. When you hug a tree, the tree angel is happy Say to yourself: The tree angel loves me.

I have just attended a Masterclass and a weekend of DNA upgrades, clearing, healing and so much more with Judi Satori. It is important for me to share, what I know to be true with you. I am still assimilating the energies, but over time I will share more of my understandings and tips with you. Her is a post to get you started!

We are in a time of great change, with everything vibrating, faster and faster. This may be disconcerting, stressful, and confusing at times.

Traumatic experiences, from the beginning of time, (Karmic), in our human experiences are now up for release. One of our greatest challenges, currently, is to maintain our high frequency, while so much chaos exists all around us. There are big, unavoidable, ruffles in the water of our energy fields for us to manage.

It is important that we do not blame ourselves when we feel out of kilter. There are some easy-to-use tools that will get us back into alignment with the truth of who we are. Here are a few techniques that you may wish to try out for yourself:

  • Place your hands over your heart, connect with your heart centre and listen to the voice of your heart.
  • Think and feel a frequency of love.
  • Say to yourself, I AM LOVE.
  • Feel into the words “I Am Love” and align the words and frequency as one.
  • Know that we are eternal consciousness, housed in a physical vessel. We are not just the physical body, that we think we are.
  • Firstly, be gentle, kind and loving with yourself and then with others.

 Allow yourself to go deeper and deeper into your soul truth.

  • Remember that you are the avatar, the magician! and magic is available to us all.
  • We are becoming a better conduit, with our cells primed and upgraded to produce more energies: drinking lots of water with fresh lemons, and or chlorophyl will help this process.
  • Protect yourself from Wi-fi and other forms of EMF.
  • Create a healthy balanced lifestyle, looking after your whole self: Diet, Movement, Rest, Water, Thoughts etc etc
  • Harmonize your own inner relationship. Remember that harmony feeds the soul.
  • Speak authentically.
  • Surround yourself with love, beauty, nature, and all things that give you peace.
  • Practice stillness, it brings us into presence with ourselves and God.
  • Allow the river of life to flow and take us where we are meant to go.

Good morning all- light shows up in so many ways!

I opened my curtains and the light poured in. It captured my thoughts, my feelings and my presence, with it’s powerful brilliance, so much so that I grabbed my journal and pen and wrote a few lines.

How are you witnessing light today? I am witnessing light. It is all around me and plain to be seen. It shines brightly from the sky above me. It grows my food, nourishes the earth and all that lives on it. It brightens my path, shows me the way. I am light within, you are light within, we are all light within. I am in awe of this creative force, I feel blessed and privileged.

Today I focus on being a witness to the light: to this great force of illumination, that we know as light. 🤩 Blessings and Joy, Therese
