Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) sessions use angelic energy to work directly with your body’s cellular memory and energy field to get the “issues out of your tissues” for good. IET helps you to safely and gently release limiting energy patterns from your past, empower and balance your life in the present, and embody your full potential as you move into your future. IET® sessions can be offered both in person or remotely.

A session is generally started by discussing which area of healing you wish to focus on. You will be asked to lie, fully clothed on a plinth, with soft music and pillows etc used for your comfort. Gentle therapeutic touch is then used to direct IET® energy into Specific areas of your body’s cellular memory, while powerful IET® techniques are used to remove the issues at cellular level. At the end of an IET® session, it is typical to feel relaxes, clear and revitalised. Some Benefits of IET Sessions: • Can painlessly release your suppressed feelings and your limiting cellular memories. • Supports you in enhancing your health, life purpose, prosperity and creativity. • Empowers you to experience fulfilling loving relationships in all areas of your life. • Provides gentle yet powerful support for survivors of childhood traumas such as physical and sexual abuse, alcoholic and dysfunctional families. • Supports your self-healing at all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. • Increases your connection to your angels and helps you work with them in your life. • Helps you to discover and live your Soul’s mission in life. • Can help you to release anxiety, fear and worry. • Increases your connection to the angels and can help you to work with them in your life.

There are four levels of Integrated Energy Therapy® practitioners and each level expands what an IET® practitioner can offer you in their sessions. Here is a summary of what each level IET session has to offer you. Basic Level IET Sessions – focus on clearing physical and emotional energy blockages from your cellular memory and leave in their place positive empowerment energy imprints. Intermediate Level IET Sessions – in addition to clearing your cellular memory, Intermediate level IET sessions also focus on clearing physical, emotional, mental, and karmic energy imprints from your human energy field and leaving in their place positive energy imprints. Advanced Level IET Sessions – in addition to clearing your cellular memory and your human energy field, the Advanced level IET session can help you to discover your soul’s mission and attract members of your soul’s cluster to help you live your soul’s mission and bring your dreams alive. Master-Instructor IET Sessions – in addition to clearing your cellular memory and your human energy field, and bringing your soul’s mission alive in your life, the Master-Instructor level IET session focuses on optimizing your 12 Strand DNA, which can further enhance your wellness at all levels and increases spiritual synchronicities that open the doorways to your destiny. I am a fully trained Master Instructor and Trainer and I offer both sessions and training of all IET classes. Thank you- Therese

I am offering this beautiful day on April 2nd from 10am-6pm, at my healing space, “An Chroí” in Mornington, Co Meath.

A Healthy vegetarian lunch and snacks included also. Price €111

Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for this class. Places are limited so booking is recommended. It may be booked by paying a deposit on my website under the book a workshop tab, or by Revolut.

Description: We developed our “Healing Angels” class to support two groups of students: First, it is perfect for students who do not have any Integrated Energy Therapy® Training but who love angels and who would like to meet and work with the nine special angels of healing (Ariel, Raphael, Gabriel, Celestina, Faith, Cassiel, Daniel, Sarah, and Michael). Second, it is also ideal for IET students who want to learn to call upon the Healing Angels and add a special spiritual dimension to their sessions. You will learn the special healing gift that each angel brings and a special prayer of invitation to call upon the angel. Everyone from angel novices to experts can benefit from this class. Only IET Master-Instructors are authorized to teach this class.

Class Methodology: This class is based on a powerful four-step process that enables you to energetically connect with the Healing Angels and develop your personal relationship with each of them. In this class, you will be led by Myself, an IET Master-Instructor/ Trainer through this four-step process to systematically focus on each of the Healing Angels. The group energy created in this class will enable you to connect much more powerfully with the Healing Angels than you can do alone. Even “psychic turnips” (those students who cannot feel, see, taste, smell, or sense energy in any way) often have powerful energetic awareness of the Healing Angels in this class.

Class Length: (10am-6pm). This class is designed to be taught in one day.

Class Materials: You will receive a fully illustrated 14-page Healing Angels Of The Energy Field Class Workbook and an official Healing Angels Of The Energy Field Certificate. The workbook contains an image of each Healing Angel, a description of how each Healing Angel can help you in your self-healing spiritual journey, a special prayer of invitation for each Healing Angel, and a space for you to write about the ways each Healing Angel can help you as well as a space to write about your perception of each Healing Angel.

The Path to Light card from the Healing Energy Oracle cards: It is important to set a clear intention and then allow yourself to surrender and release it all to the angels. Surrender the idea you can fix someone. It’s time for a relationship to shift. It doesn’t work to try to fix someone. Each person must be accountable for his or her own healing. Call on Archangel Chamuel to help you with your spiritual soulmate relationship. Archangel Raphael blessed you with enlightenment. It is time to elevate and free yourself from all fear! Direct your thoughts to the beauty that is both inside you and all around you. It’s time to tap into your light and rise about the density and doubt. Life is offering you Serenity- remain brave in the face is fear and have the wisdom to let the universe do its work. Take a gentle view to life and welcome every step confidently. Remember to have fun and be playful. Thank you- Therese 😇🦋🙌 www.lightingtheway.ie

Basic Level

Basic Level works at the 1st (physical) and 2nd (emotional) pair of the 12 Strand DNA and provides students with the ability to clear physical and emotional energy blockages from the cellular memory and leave in their place positive physical and emotional energy imprints.

Our Basic Level Integrated Energy Therapy® Training class.

Prerequisites: This is our entry-level class and there are no prerequisites required for attendance at this class.

Date & Venue:

January 29th at An Chroí Donnacarney Little, Mornington, Co Meath.

Refreshing Students also welcome at a reduced cost.

Description: Even though we call this class “basic level” this class provides you with everything you need to do a powerful Integrated Energy Therapy® session on yourself or on another person (either in person or absentee). This class has been designed to be a wonderful entry level class for those students wanting to use energy therapy to heal their lives, an ideal class for students wanting to begin an energy therapy practice, and it provides a wonderful complement to other holistic techniques such as Massage, Reiki, and Therapeutic Touch. Only IET Master-Instructors are authorized to teach this class.

Basic Attunement: You will receive a special Basic Level “energy attunement” that will permanently open your energy field to the power of Integrated Energy Therapy® Basic level ray. Our Basic Level attunement expands, realigns, and restructures the 1st pair (physical) and 2nd pair (emotional) of your 12 Strand DNA. Once attuned to the Basic Level IET Ray, you will have the ability to clear cellular memory of physical and emotional blockages.

Angelic Heartlinks: Integrated Energy Therapy® is known as “Healing with the Energy of Angels”. You will learn to access the energy of angels through a simple yet powerful process that we call a Heartlink.

A “heartlink” is a connection made with the angelic realm in which you visualize a golden chord going from your heart, through your throat, up through your head, and then up to the angelic realm or to a specific angel, usually Angel Ariel or one of the other “Healing Angels of the Energy Field”. Once your Heartlink has been established, you will learn how to send love up to the angelic realm or that specific angel and you will find that the love returned is multiplied from the angels to further assist you in the healing of yourself or others. This Heartlink is invaluable in and of itself, however, when it is used in conjunction with accessing the energy system, it becomes extremely powerful and effective.

The Magic Presence by M. DaCamara, copyright 1942 St. Germain Press, is a good depiction of a Heartlink

Clearing Cellular Memory: you will learn about the nine cellular memory areas where we can unconsciously store “issues in our tissues” that can negatively affect our life. More importantly, you will learn simple yet powerful techniques to get the issues out of your tissues (as well as out of the tissues of others). Clearing of cellular memory is made quick and easy by means of nine sets of Integrated Energy Therapy® Integration Points that allow you to energize, integrate, and clear the nine cellular memory areas.

Special Empowerment Imprints: In Integrated Energy Therapy® clearing harmful energy blocks is only half the task. After energy blocks are cleared, you will learn to channel angelic energy to form an empowerment imprint that fills the cellular memory with the opposite of what you cleared. For example, you will learn to clear the energy of guilt and imprint the energy of innocence.

Class Length: 1 day (approx. 8 hours). This class is designed to be taught in one day, and typically runs from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The actual length and times of class vary by individual Integrated Energy Therapy® Master-Instructors.
