From the moment I contacted Therese, I knew I was in good hands. She explained how the session would go and sent me on details as to how to prepare before my QHHT appointed date. Upon arrival to her beautiful studio, I was made to feel very welcome. The ambiance of her studio is very calming and has a strong spiritual feel to it, and the environment is one of trust and empathy. We spent some time chatting and I felt a huge healing from just the chat itself. Once we started the hypnosis, I was able to achieve a deep state of trance from where I journeyed to two past lives. I felt so fabulous for weeks after this session with an incredible sense of relief as if a weight had been taken from me. I still feel really good within myself and things are going well for me. I went to Therese for a QHHT session. I have been both a client and student of Therese over the years, so I knew I was in good hands. The whole experience was nurturing from start to finish. I gained so much insight into my true self and "ways" of mine. I've gotten so much clarity on issues that I could never really seem to fully piece together, or understand.

Therese was just so warm and welcoming and the ultimate professional as always. I felt so cared for throughout and after our session. I have seen progress in my life already since my session!

I recently went for a QHHT session with Therese. I was quite nervous but she made me feel very relaxed. I felt so at ease and then was very excited to take part in the session.

I have felt such a shift since it occurred. I've gained so much clarity and know that the soul work was really needed.

I had the absolute pleasure of going to Therese for a QHHT session. A trip to her beautiful cabin is always such a treat....

I was greeted with a warm welcome, a delicious cup of cacao and a nurturing conversation before we began.

When the session started, Therese's calming voice kept me at ease, making it so easy to fully relax and let go. She took me to incredible places, which have given me remarkable insights into my life. So much of what came up is helping me to process certain areas of struggle that I have encountered. I cannot believe the knowledge I gained from the session. I am still listening back to the recording of what my higher self spoke about that day, and each time I do, something new comes into my awareness.
