Hello, I am Therese and welcome to my website. One of my greatest gifts to the world is to help figure out and follow their life’s purpose. I firmly believes that once a person gains awareness of their greatness, they begin to shift to a life of meaning, purpose and joy. Often people spend their life wondering, worrying and searching for happiness and fulfilment. I passionately help everyone that I works with to let go of the weight that holds them back from a life of joy. My passion and commitment to make a difference in the world is evident in all of my services. I am dedicated to offering a great service to both clients and students.
When I am asked “What do you do for a living”, I reply with: “I help people get happy, by helping them to find their best self and life’s purpose”.
I am a gifted healer, teacher, and channel for spirit. I help many people to tap into their powerful, creative self through: QHHT sessions, angelic healing sessions, breathwork, life coaching and training. I am the founder of Lighting the Way, a company set up with the clear intention of helping people to find their greatness and zest for life, so that they can live a happy and healthy life. I am an advocate for transformational personal growth. I work diligently as a QHHT facilitator, spiritual healer, angel card reader, breathwork teacher, trainer and more!
Therese became aware of her heightened sensory perception and intuitive gifts at an early age. She has a natural connection with angels and spirit, connecting easily with angels and guides to channels prayers, guidance, healing energy and messages. She is very passionate about helping humanity to tap into and harness high vibrational frequencies and energies for healing and restoration of the mind, body, heart, and soul. She has now fined tuned her innate gifts and abilities and uses them to help others heal from traumas and difficulties. She understands her purpose on earth at this time is to help others to let go of their struggles and challenges so that they may realize their true power and live the life of their dreams and contribute to the collective vibrational shift in consciousness. She is on a personal mission to serve and help others to be the best they can be.
Therese travelled to America in 2010 to undertake The Unleash the Power Within with Anthony Robbins. She then travelled to India in 2013 where she visited the home of the Dalhi Lama, visited many temples, chanted with the Tibetan monks and even successfully completed a 5-day trek in the Himalayas. In Jan 2014 Therese travelled half way across the world to attend a retreat in Hawaii on the island of Maui. This retreat on Divine Love was hosted by Dr Wayne Dyer along with a whole panel of authors and speakers She has attended two separate training programmes with Dr Wayne Dyer, along with attending many “I Can Do It” events organised by Hay House.

Her latest experience was in Egypt earlier this year, March 2024, with Jerry Sargent and the star magic team.
She firmly believes that everybody is entitled to a rich full life filled with love, peace, joy, contentment and ultimately fulfillment.
She was born into a family of twelve children in a very remote part of Co Cork. Her childhood setting allowed her to enjoy both, nature and family values from a very early age. She was just seventeen years of age when she moved to Dublin. At first, she found city life really difficult but due to economic circumstances she felt it necessary to stay. Through perseverance and intuitive understanding, she mastered self-efficiency and, in a short time, became very resilient and contented. She discovered a well of power within herself and became passionate about the concept of human resilience and how some people thrive and grow in spite of adversity. She embraced self-mastery and instead of becoming consumed by life’s countless demands, she made a commitment to personal growth and development. Her marriage broke down in 1999 and she moved back to Co Cork with her four young children, where she raised them single-handedly. While raising her children, she worked and participated in many part time training programs. Her quest and her hunger for living a full enriched life of wholeness led her down many beautiful paths. As a compassionate, intuitive and courageous person, she now helps many people to achieve a much better quality of life. She lives in Co Meath with her husband and their two dogs, Niamh and Pal. Therese is now a mother to four adult children, two daughters and two sons, and a grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren. During her time-off, she mostly enjoys spending time in nature, hill walking and beach walking, with her husband and pets. She also loves to spend quality time with her children and grandchildren. She loves gardening and flowers and makes sure to put time aside each day to care for her garden. She enjoys practicing Qi Gong, beach walking, breathwork, and meditation as part of her daily self-care routine.
