Hello all,

its been a beautiful and busy summer here and now it’s time to gently come inside and honour the season of slowing down and spending some time with the inner child.

It would make my heart sing if you joined me in being, gentle, nurturing and compassionate with your inner child. Let’s make October the month that we remember that healing is not on a schedule and not feel disappointed if we make a mistake or dont reach a goal that we set with our head!

Compassion and kindness lives in all our hearts and we are all innocent children of the stars and of the earth. I encourage you to wrap your inner child in your tender, warm embrace this month and let them rest peacefully and deeply, in that safe, loving space.

I am here to support you, in the best way that I can. I work on a one to one basis every second week, both remotely and in person and I offer many workshops and support groups.
