Many people are in the grip of fear and no longer able to think clearly for themselves .When fear takes hold of you, your light becomes obscured. Fear can occupy your inner space, especially now with fear being the prevalent emotion of the collective.
The good news is that if you are aware of the emotions you are experiencing, your light is still on! Aim to keep your light shining, by keeping your vibration high and your inner space happy!
Here are a few practical tips to help keep your light on and shining brightly:
1. Reduce the time you spend on social media or any other media, often known as mainstream media.
2.In the face of challenge, stop and find a possibility that can make you more conscious than you were before. (This gets easier with practice!)
3. Remember that the surface of the ocean has the vastness beyond it, and remember that you are connected to that vastness by universal consciousness.
4. Pause before making decisions, remember that there is more to you than meets the eye, more than your sensory perceptions, more than anything that can be seen. You have an invisible realm where thoughts and emotions hang out, check in to that luminous state of consciousness and from there choose actions that help keep your light shining.
5. Remember that you are the light of the world.
