It is important to set up each day with a positive intention, to avoid drifting along like a ship without a rudder.
Each morning as you awake, take a deep breath and set up your day ahead. you will be pleasantly surprised as to how this very simplistic approach can have such a massive impact on your day.
This is my personal intention for today. Today I intend to use compassion instead of judgement. Tomorrow I will, again, take a deep breath as I awake. and follow the intention again for the day ahead! Try it, and let me know how it works for you.
