We are in a time of great change and I am aware that we all need much support at this time. I am working people in the complimentary and spiritual field for over 20 years now. I was always connected to spirit ,but, it was during a crisis in my personal life, that I went on a long journey of exploration, training and healing before I felt ready to step fully into my spiritual shoes. In 1999, I took a deep dive into trying to figure out what made me tick , what supports I needed to open my heart fully, to self regulate and be in a position to help others. I am happy to say that I am now extremely passionate about helping others find their joy and zest for life.

The energetic vibration has shifted so it’s important that we continue our personal/spiritual growth to enhance our experiences of life while here on the earth plane at this time. I have connected with my heart, guides and angels to see what’s needed at this time to help progress the personal frequency to that of a higher vibration, thus enhancing the quality of life.

I offer Angelic Healing , (IET and Metatronic)sessions both in person and remotely every Tuesday and Thursday. these are all under the , Book a session tab, on my website. I also offer all levels of IET ( Integrated Energy Therapy), which are advertised on my website, under Book a workshop. I read angel cards and teach others how to read also. I offer life coaching sessions, both in person and remotely . Recently I have added some new offerings and these can also be seen on my website .
