Everything in the Universe is vibrational in nature, including you. In other words, the essence of what you are is pure energy, oscillating at a certain vibrational frequency.

I am really fascinated by humankind and it is my purpose to help individual people to feel their innate love and internal power. I have a deep knowing that it is my mission on earth to help people feel their love, joy and greatness. I am an IET ®practitioner, teacher and trainer and it is through this work that I have become passionate about how IET ® can help people raise their vibrational frequency and subsequently the quality of their lives.

Each of us has our own personal frequency which can easily be changed by what we choose in our day. Everything we think, feel and do has a vibration and a frequency. Positive thoughts, feelings and actions are lighter, more spacious and have a higher vibration and frequency. Negative thoughts, feelings and actions are heavier, denser and have a lower vibration and frequency.

Sir David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D. is a nationally renowned psychiatrist, physician, researcher, spiritual teacher and lecturer. He developed a magnificent tool known as The Map or Scale of Consciousness®. The diagram below is one of many illustrations of the Map of Consciousness and I have chosen this for its relatively simplistic illustration.

Although Hawkins goes into detail about the various levels of consciousness, he points out two turning points as most crucial.

“On our scale of consciousness, there are two critical points that allow for major advancement. The first is at 200, the initial level of empowerment: Here, the willingness to stop blaming and accept responsibility for one’s own actions, feelings, and beliefs arises – as long as cause and responsibility are projected outside of oneself, one will remain in the powerless mode of victimhood. The second is at the 500 level, which is reached by accepting love and non-judgemental forgiveness as a lifestyle, exercising unconditional kindness to all persons, things, and events without exception.” (Hawkins 2002, 238).

“These two thresholds are primary challenges for many individuals today. Moving beyond them represents a significant barrier which can only be overcome through a significant shift in personality. After moving beyond these realms, progression into increasingly higher states is very natural and less challenging.”

I am delighted to offer a little insight into how IET® can help an individual move incrementally up along the scale of consciousness. Once we begin taking responsibility for our own healing, we automatically turn away from the blame, shame and victim mentality. If we look at the scale we will see that shame calibrates at 20, guilt at 30, grief at 75, anger at 150 and so forth. This is a logarithmical scale so each incremental move along it is vast in its own right. During an IET healing session, some of these deepest suppressed feelings and lower energetic imprints can painlessly be removed at cellular level. Pain and disempowering imprints can be removed and replaced with an imprint of empowerment and healing. This helps to activate a higher state and support healing at all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. This supports you in raising your energetic vibration and strengthen your connection to the angels.

IET® uses a divine angelic ray of energy to work directly with your 12-strand spiritual DNA. This helps you to connect with the energy of your spirit and that has been calibrated to begin at 500 on the scale of consciousness.

Albert Einstein, for example, reached level 499 on the scale but couldn’t go above that as he was at the level of the intellect. The level of spirit begins at 500, so when we connect with the angels of the energy field they help us to reach higher states of consciousness at the level of spirit.

Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) sessions use angelic energy to work directly with your body’s cellular memory and energy field to get the “issues out of your tissues” for good.

IET ®helps you to safely and gently release limiting energy patterns from your past, empower and balance your life in the present, and embody your full potential as you move into your future. Th lower energy imprint is replaced with a higher vibrational and positive imprint, which automatically incrementally helps one to move up the scale of consciousness.

You may ask how exactly does this correlate with the map of consciousness. I will use some examples to illustrate my belief. As an IET practitioner, I channel integrated energy from the angels through my heart-link and through my hands into specific cellular memory areas of my client. Each cellular memory area holds an energetic imprint, that may have been stored for eons. This cellular memory area is energised by flooding it with the love of the angels, the memory is then triggered and with the permission of the client is safely removed and replaced with a positive, empowering imprint.

For example, a person may be very angry over a situation, or with a person. This person will have a vibrational frequency of 150 on the map of consciousness. If this person attends for IET® healing sessions, and overtime allows the practitioner to facilitate the letting go of this debilitating emotion and energetic imprint, they will inevitably feel healthier and happier in all ways. Forgiveness and acceptance will follow, which automatically moves the vibrational frequency of that client to 350. This is where the magic begins! As you begin to significantly shift your frequency it becomes easier and easier to move into higher states of being.

This is one example, using the emotion of anger to see how IET® can help one move their vibrational frequency up along the scale of consciousness.

Two hundred, the level of courage, represents a profound shift from destructive and harmful behaviour to life-promoting and integrous lifestyles; everything below 200 makes one go weak and everything over 200 helps one to gain strength.

Bearing this in mind, we can see that IET® can painlessly help us to raise our level of consciousness beyond this critical level of 200.

Let us now take another example as we look at the emotional frequency associated with sadness, loss and grief and see how IET healing can substantially help move a person up to the state of love or above. These debilitating emotions weigh very heavy on the heart and by working with the angels to clear away these lower energetic imprints, the heart is healed of its anguish and pain and its resonance becomes that of love. IET helps us to release the energetic imprints of sadness, longing, loneliness, loss, grief even betrayal and replace them with the energy of unconditional love. Once the energy of unconditional love is imprinted, we move into the energy of the spirit and that calibrates at 500 or over.

Bearing this in mind, we can see that IET® can painlessly help us to raise our level of consciousness beyond the level of 500.

There are seven other emotions and cellular memory areas, worked on during an IET healing session. All these cellular memory areas, that are holding onto low vibrational emotions, are raised from the vibrational resonance of a lower emotion to that of a higher vibrational frequency, thus helping to significantly shift from a lower state of ill health and disempowerment to a state of love, abundance, joy, empowerment and overall health.

Dr Hawkins says that being healthy means re-owning your health at source. Once we continue to remove the issues from the tissues we begin to reconnect with our truth and purity.

There is even greater news about how IET® can help one to raise their vibrational frequency. I have been writing about how a personal vibrational frequency is positively affected during an IET® healing session and now I would like to introduce the concept of what is possible should one decide to train as an IET® Practitioner, and IET ® Master Instructor. As part of the IET® Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Master Instructor workshops, the student’s spiritual DNA is attuned to the level of each individual workshop.

Master-Instructor Attunement: You will receive a special Master-Instructor Level “energy attunement” that will further open your energy field to the power of Integrated Energy Therapy® Master-Instructor Level ray. Our Master-Instructor Level attunement expands, realigns, and restructures the 6th pair (alignment with the divine) of your 12 Strand DNA.

The activation of the 6th pair turns on your ability to activate the DNA of others and attune them to the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels. In addition, once you’re attuned to the Master-Instructor level IET Ray, your energy field will operate in an increased state of spiritual surrender known as “thy will not my will”. Please note that IET Master-Instructors are not empowered to teach the Master-Instructor level training program or attempt to attune students to the Master-Instructor level. Only IET Master Instructor Trainers can teach the Master-Instructor class.

These attunements facilitate the connection and alignment to the higher self, to the infinite essence of love that flows to us and through us. The Divine energy of love, peace and bliss becomes readily available to the student and trainer. Life takes on a whole new dimension and value. If one takes an in-depth look at the scale of consciousness the magnitude of each attunement begins to become understood at the level of the heart and mind. Once you raise your vibration you are more able to manifest your Reach!

I am an advocate for Love and especially the healing and love of the angels. IET® is so gently strong and deep. I continue to see how it heals, shifts, empowers and helps people to climb the scale of consciousness. It really helps one to re-own their innate power and truth. We are magnificent beings of love and light.
