Sometimes in life we find ourselves repeating the same patterns, living life in a loop and feel that we can’t break free. While coaching a client this week, it became obvious that there was a feeling of being stuck in old habitual ways of thinking, feeling and doing. With permission I asked my client to connect with her heart, and I was intuitively guided to offer this simple method, to create change.

My client felt it so powerfully empowering that I decided to recreate the visualisation, as closely as possible to the original one, so that you may also feel its benefits.
